Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account for Seforma (the Seforma mobile app, package com.marialenag.seforma), published by Marialena Georgiou, and what happens to your data when you do.

Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

• Open Seforma and go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is closed straight away.

Or ask us to delete it

If you have already uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or would rather not use the app, email us and we will delete it for you.

• Email support@seforma.app from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my Seforma account". Open a pre-filled email.
• We use the address you write from to confirm the account is yours. If you can no longer use that address, tell us and we will ask you for something else that verifies it — we will not delete an account on the word of an address we cannot match to it.
• We action requests within 30 days, and normally much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, city, chosen categories and notification settings.
• Your bookings and their history.
• Your reviews and ratings.
• Your device push token, so notifications stop.

When it is deleted

• Your data is hidden immediately and you are signed out.
• It is permanently deleted after 30 days.
• After those 30 days this cannot be undone.

What we keep, and why

• Bookings older than 30 days remain in the studio's records for accounting. A studio has to be able to account for classes that were sold and paid for, and we cannot remove that on your behalf.
• Payment records held by Stripe, our payment provider, are kept for as long as financial and tax law requires. We never hold your full card number.

Everything else described in our Privacy Policy is removed on the schedule above. If anything here is unclear, email support@seforma.app and ask.
